Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid), please note this position will be travel throughout the DMV
The Role
The Program Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and its community partners, helping implement a web-based technology platform while providing ongoing training, technical support, and project coordination.
This individual will help onboard new partner organizations, conduct training sessions, monitor data quality, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and drive successful program adoption.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation activities across multiple partner organizations.
- Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting related to internal systems and processes.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and serve as a primary point of contact.
- Develop and maintain training resources, documentation, and communication materials.
- Gather feedback and recommend process improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
Program Coordination
- Support ongoing projects and organizational initiatives from planning through execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Data & Administrative Support
- Monitor information for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain reports, records, and tracking documents.
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and operational support activities.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience delivering training, presentations, or educational sessions.
- Strong project or program coordination experience.
- Experience working with databases or technology platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Washington metropolitan area.
Preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
