```Duties```
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual therapy sessions to clients based on their specific needs
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health issues
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy
- Attend regular supervision and training sessions to enhance professional development
```Skills```
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
- Experience in treating children and adolescents
- Experience in providing gender issues counseling to address unique challenges faced by individuals identifying as LGBTQ+
- Competence in mental health counseling techniques to effectively support clients with various mental health concerns
- Proficiency in psychotherapy modalities such as play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or solution-focused therapy
- Understanding of special education laws and practices for working with clients who have learning disabilities or developmental delays
