About the role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented prep cook to join our kitchen team. This position is the backbone of daily service — you'll be responsible for dough production, portioning, and station prep that sets the pace for everything that comes after. What you'll do
- Mix, portion, and proof pizza dough daily according to house recipes and batch schedules
- Monitor dough fermentation and proofing conditions; maintain logs for consistency
- Prepare and portion sauces, toppings, proteins, and mise en place before each service
- Keep prep coolers, walk-in, and dry storage organized and labeled per FIFO standards
- Assist with vegetable and protein prep as needed by the kitchen team
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all prep areas, equipment, and tools throughout the shift
- Receive and rotate deliveries; flag shortages or quality issues to kitchen leadership
- Support the line during service peaks when prep is complete
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
