Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant management, including staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of hospitality, food quality, and cleanliness
- Manage food preparation processes, including kitchen operations and food safety protocols, to guarantee compliance with health regulations
- Control inventory levels through meticulous stock management and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Lead shift management by coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities for seamless service delivery
- Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training sessions to develop team skills and ensure operational excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis effectively
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising hospitality teams and managing staff training programs
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform shift management efficiently
- Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is advantageous
- Culinary experience or hotel industry background is a plus for understanding diverse hospitality settings
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and develop team talent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
