Junk Removal Specialist – Helper
Base Pay: $15–$17/hour + Tips
This is a tipped position. Our Helpers share in customer tips and can earn several dollars more per hour on top of their base pay.

TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® is looking for a Junk Removal Specialist – Helper. This is a hands-on, ride-along position working alongside a Crew Lead to remove unwanted items from homes and businesses.
No experience is required. We’re looking for someone who works hard, looks sharp, is coachable, and genuinely cares about taking care of our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lift, carry, and load furniture, appliances, yard debris, and other items
- Protect customers’ homes and property
- Keep jobsites and equipment clean and organized
- Work efficiently as part of a crew
- Follow Crew Lead direction and safety procedures
- Treat customers professionally and respectfully
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable with physical work and Florida heat
- Able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and assist with heavier team lifts
- Coachable with a positive, team-first attitude
- Cares about customer satisfaction and doing quality work
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Previous labor experience is helpful but not required.
