Zoe Restaurant is hiring Hosts and Hostesses.
Host / Hostess/Cashier
Responsibilities:
- Providing prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests
- Greeting guests as they enter the restaurant and seating them as soon as a table is available; maintaining a wait list as necessary
- Rotating station seating to ensure the quality of guest service
- Inquiring about the quality of a guest’s dining experience, thanking guests and inviting them to return
- Taking register readings, handling cash in an accurate and responsible manner.
- Checking restrooms hourly to ensure adequate stocking and cleanliness as well as performing any other assigned cleaning & side work duties
- Answering the telephone, taking messages. Taking Take Out orders & earn Take Out tips (AFTER FULL MENU TRAINING)
- Maintaining guest checks in numerical order
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience preferred
- Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Additional:
- Driving – Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum Age – 18+ years old
- must be available weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 39 per week
