Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Plaintiff Class Action Litigation Paralegal for a nationally recognized plaintiffs' litigation law firm. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Seattle, Washington, with primarily remote flexibility following an initial onsite training period.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Plaintiff Class Action Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling sophisticated, high-impact litigation from case inception through trial. This role offers the opportunity to work on nationally recognized plaintiff-side matters involving class actions, ERISA, consumer protection, product liability, securities, environmental litigation, antitrust, and multidistrict litigation. The ideal candidate is a collaborative litigation professional with exceptional project management, legal research, e-discovery, and trial support experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial, including project planning, workflow management, and coordination of competing deadlines across multiple active cases
- Conduct legal research, factual investigations, legal writing, and Bluebook cite-checking while preparing high-quality litigation work product
- Coordinate large-scale discovery, document collections, productions, and e-discovery workflows using advanced litigation technology
- Collaborate with attorneys, lead paralegals, co-counsel, experts, vendors, legal staff, and clients to support large, complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Assist with trial preparation, depositions, hearings, court filings, exhibit management, and other substantive litigation support in federal and state courts
- Serve as a collaborative member of a shared litigation team, adapting to changing priorities and supporting matters based on workload, project needs, and subject matter expertise
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6–10+ years of litigation paralegal experience supporting large, complex civil litigation matters, with significant project management responsibilities
- Experience supporting plaintiff class actions preferred; backgrounds in complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, mass torts, multidistrict litigation (MDLs), or other large-scale federal litigation are highly transferable
- Advanced legal research, legal writing, proofreading, and Bluebook cite-checking skills with proficiency in Westlaw, Lexis, and e-discovery platforms
- Demonstrated experience managing large document productions, discovery projects, and trial preparation in complex litigation
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
