Duties
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicle
- Conduct test drives to help clients and prospects efficiently, ensuring timely service
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of pricing structures, promotions, and product features to provide accurate information
- Perform merchandising tasks to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards
- Handle heavy lifting when needed with inventory or setting up displays, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Use strong communication skills to educate customers on product benefits and answer questions confidently
Requirements
- Valid driving license with experience in commercial routes for car lot
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and sales figures accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- You do not need a proven ability in sales, upselling, and building customer relationships. We will train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of daily tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage leads, schedules, and inventory effectively
- Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and teamwork orientation
- Effective communication skills for engaging diverse customer groups and collaborating with team members. Bilingual prefered, but not required
