We are seeking a motivated and dependable Transportation Lead to join our team for an immediate hire opportunity. This position plays a key role in supporting daily transportation operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellent communication between drivers, management, and customers.

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate daily transportation operations.
- Assist with driver communication and route execution.
- Monitor transportation activities to ensure on-time performance.
- Work closely with management to address operational needs and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and transportation documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Assist in resolving transportation-related issues and escalations.
- Provide leadership and support to transportation team members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
