Position Details
This is a full-time, five-day work week position that includes one early day, one late day, and one day off per week. Saturdays are requested as part of our rotating schedule.
What We Offer
- $2,500 monthly guarantee (paid bi-monthly)
- $400 per vehicle sold applied toward the guarantee
- Fast Start Bonus – $300 for 8 units by the 15th
- Volume Bonuses – up to $2,500 monthly
- Standard Sales Compensation Plan available for experienced sales professionals who prefer a traditional commission structure without a guarantee

Requirements and Training
- Previous sales experience is required
- We provide a structured training program that includes:
- One-on-one mentor placement for hands-on guidance
- A comprehensive training manual to study communication, product knowledge, and process
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude are essential
What You Will Do
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, from greeting to delivery
- Maintain knowledge of new Honda models and pre-owned inventory
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with management and team members to meet goals
