Per Diem OR Circulator is needed for a surgery center , that is under new ownership. Circulating RN will be responsible for coordinating the care of the patients before, during and after surgery and for ensuring that the surgical team has everything they need to perform the procedure safely and efficiently. This includes preparing the patient for surgery, ensuring that the appropriate surgical safety measures are observed, and administering medications as needed. During the surgery, the circulating nurse is also responsible for maintaining a sterile environment and monitoring for breaks in sterile techniques. Ideal candidate will have a teamwork approach, good communication and dedicated to patient care. Commitment expectation is three 8 hour shifts per month. Must have BLS & PALS.
