Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top-tier candidates across various functions, including clinical staff recruitment, HR sourcing, and executive recruiting. You will leverage advanced talent management platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to identify, engage, and secure the best talent. Your expertise in candidate sourcing, relationship management, and market trends analysis will be essential to building a robust talent pipeline. Duties
- Manage full cycle recruiting processes from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize talent acquisition platforms like Lever, Salesforce, UltiPro, Kronos, and HRIS systems to source and track candidates efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive research on market trends to identify innovative sourcing strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Lead candidate sourcing efforts through social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment initiatives, and external recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems and HR tools to foster engagement.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance while managing employment & labor law considerations across all hiring activities.
- Oversee the recruitment process management for clinical staff and specialized roles within the organization.
- Facilitate employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and assist in succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment law in all aspects of talent management while managing external recruiting efforts.
Experience
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment, ideally including clinical staff recruitment or specialized HR sourcing roles.
- Strong familiarity with talent acquisition platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, and HRIS systems like Kronos or Paychex.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively with candidates at all levels using CRM systems and social media channels.
- Expertise in negotiation techniques related to employment contracts and benefits packages.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law as it pertains to recruiting practices across different jurisdictions.
- Experience working with senior leadership teams—especially collaboration with C-suite executives—to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
- Skilled in research methods for market trends analysis and leveraging data for strategic decision-making in talent acquisition.
- Ability to lead teams of recruiters or coordinate external recruiting agencies while maintaining high standards of communication skills across all stakeholder interactions.

Pay: $51,868.15 - $50,000,000.00 per year
