Pay Range: Up to $95,000.00 annually - 100% Paid Commission (hourly pay until training complete)

Sunny Service, the premier 5-star heating and cooling company in the DFW area, is looking for a full-time HVAC installation Lead!

Essential Duties:
- Coach, develop, and train HVAC Installation Technicians assigned to them.
- Coordinate, evaluate, and supervise the daily workflow of HVAC Installation Technicians assigned to them to ensure goals, standards, objectives, and policies are understood and met.
- Assist HVAC Installation Manager with monitoring & evaluating jobs for consistency and coaching opportunities.
- This lead position will hold the same duties as the HVAC Installation Technician when business needs dictate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a residential HVAC installer.
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass all required background and motor vehicle record verifications
- High-level knowledge of install-related issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through ability.
- Highly motivated self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude.
