Experienced RV Sales Consultant

Gerzeny's RV World has been helping families make memories for nearly 50 years. With four Florida locations and one of the largest RV inventories in the state, we're continuing to grow and are looking for experienced professionals who understand the RV lifestyle.
This is not an entry-level sales position.
We are looking for candidates who already have a connection to the RV industry through one or more of the following:
- Previous RV sales experience (preferred)
- RV ownership combined with a successful sales background
- Experience working in the RV industry in another capacity with strong sales ability
If you don't have RV knowledge or experience, this position is probably not the right fit.

What We're Looking For
- Previous RV sales experience is highly preferred
- RV owners with proven sales success are encouraged to apply
- Passion for the RV lifestyle and helping customers find the right coach
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls and managing customer leads
- Strong computer and CRM skills
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through every step of the RV buying process
- Match customers with the RV that best fits their lifestyle and budget
- Demonstrate RV features, systems, and benefits with confidence
- Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
