Ratchford Law Group PC is a multi-state creditor’s rights law firm representing lenders in a variety of consumer and commercial recovery and litigation efforts. RLG is headquartered in Pennsylvania and we are seeking an associate attorney who is licensed in Massachusetts. This is an in-person position. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Position Summary:
- Review case files for lawsuit
- Attend court appearances throughout the Commonwealth, virtually and in-person
- Work with firm paralegals and associate attorneys on projects as needed
Requirements
- Admitted to the MA bar
- 1-3 years of litigation experience
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritize appropriately.
- Working knowledge of civil procedure.
- Ability to work as a team player at our Danvers, MA office
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NH bar admission
- VT bar admission
