Bedrock Digital is hiring a confident, creative, and energetic Digital Marketing Content Creator and Short-Form Video Host to help build the social media presence of our primary marketing agency and several affiliated brands.
This is a remote position focused on creating short-form, on-camera video content for:
- Bedrock Digital
- A water softener company
- A business brokerage
- A medical marketing agency
What You’ll Do
- Develop ideas for engaging short-form videos and Reels
- Write concise, attention-grabbing scripts, typically around 15 seconds long
- Record yourself presenting the content on camera
- Use the built-in CapCut teleprompter to record most videos
- Adapt your delivery and messaging to different industries and audiences
- Follow current social media trends while maintaining each brand’s voice
- Organize and submit raw video footage to our editing team
- Produce and deliver a minimum of 10 short videos per week
Our internal editing team will handle all video editing, graphics, captions, and final production. Your main responsibilities will be developing concepts, writing scripts, recording content, and submitting high-quality raw footage.
Equipment Requirements
- An iPhone 14 or newer is required
- A reliable internet connection
- Access to CapCut and the ability to use its built-in teleprompter (will be provided)
- A clean, professional recording environment
- Good lighting and clear audio
Having your own professional camera, microphone, lighting equipment, or additional content-creation equipment is a plus, but not required.
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable and natural speaking on camera
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to write concise, engaging hooks and scripts
- Creative, dependable, and able to meet weekly deadlines
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and current content trends
- Ability to represent multiple brands professionally
- Previous content creation, digital marketing, social media, acting, presenting, or on-camera experience is preferred

- Links to previous Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, or other relevant video content
- Relevant professional experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media, acting, or presenting
Applications without a sample video or relevant experience may not be considered.

- At least 10 quality raw videos submitted each week
- Consistent, professional on-camera delivery
- Clear and engaging communication
- Content that feels natural and appropriate for each brand
- Reliable communication and timely completion of assignments
- Ability to follow scripts while still sounding conversational and authentic
