Our Business Philosophy
We are a manufacturing company first.
Every department within the organization—including accounting, administration, human resources, compliance, and operations support—exists to support our primary mission: serving customers through safe, efficient, high-quality manufacturing.
The successful candidate will understand that this role is a service and support function within the organization. While accuracy, compliance, and financial controls are essential, they must be balanced with the practical needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
We are looking for a team-oriented leader who enjoys working alongside operations, engineering, production, and management to help the entire organization succeed. The ideal candidate understands that strong administrative processes should enable the business, not create unnecessary obstacles to serving customers and supporting production.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: depending on experience
- Health insurance and retirement benefits
- Paid vacation and holidays
- Long-term growth opportunity within a stable and growing manufacturing company
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership, follows through on commitments, and ensures the details are handled correctly. This individual will lead a small administrative team, coordinate with outside accounting professionals, support compliance initiatives, improve business processes, and provide accurate information that helps management make sound business decisions.
