Required Technical Experience and Skills:
- Residential HVAC Service Technician Exp
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing A/C systems, heat pumps, mini splits, boilers, and gas furnaces
- Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues, including knowledge of superheat, subcooling, and static pressure
- Ability to understand ductwork
- EPA certification (required)
- NATE certification (preferred but not required)
Required Personal Attributes:
- Clean-cut and professional appearance
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug tests
- Basic tools required
