Job description
Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge.Responsible for the achievement of patient outcomes through implementation of critical pathways and in accordance with the mission of the facility. A surgical team member who is responsible for coordinating and controlling the multi-disciplinary activities required to provide a safe environment for patients undergoing surgical procedures .Provides PACU/Recovery nursing care to patients in the facility.
Explains procedures and treatments to patient to gain cooperation, understanding, and allay apprehension. Administers prescribed medications and treatments. ECG interpretaion & current ACLS/BLS. Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.Prepares rooms, equipment, and supplies for admitting and recovery of the patient.
Looking for a flexible RN to work part-time .5 FTE , Monday-Friday, with a start time of 0630 or 0700-ranging end times ranging based on case load and hours selected. Our center is open on Saturdays from September to December and would need to work 1-2 Saturdays a month, starting in September, with no holidays or call.

Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
