Job Identification:

Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Lister I identifies, lists, and sells items via the internet on various online sales platforms.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identifies appropriate product for sale through e-commerce store.
- Conducts internet searches to determine the value of item in order to competitively price.
- Photographs, prices, and writes an accurate and concise description of each item prior to listing.
- Meets or exceeds pre-established daily production goals.
- Maintains work area in safe, clean and orderly fashion; cleans workstation at the end of each shift.
- Stocks items in appropriate shelf location.
- Performs other related duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team, and/or mission.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to speak/read/write proficient English.
- Knowledge of or the ability to learn Microsoft Office/Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of computer use, familiarity with online sales vendors and related software programs.
- Ability to identify brand name products and collectables.
- Ability to research internet to determine fair market value of product.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Works well under pressure and with deadlines; ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Honesty, integrity, reliability, punctuality.
- Thorough knowledge about company’s mission and services.
- Uphold compliance with all legal, health, and safety guidelines.
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Free from drug and alcohol abuse.
- Stand for up to 8 hours per day.
- Visual acuity.
- Color vision.
- Manual dexterity.
- Ability to bend/squat/stoop.
- Ability to lift/pull/push 50 lbs.
