Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry pieces
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry items
- Maintain a clean and organized display area
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Customer service skills such as intake and delivery of watch and jewelry repairs
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in technical sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and display areas
- GIA training preferred, but not required
- Must work Saturdays
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

As a Jewelry Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces. knowledge of technical sales combined with your excellent time management and organizational skills will contribute to the success of our jewelry department.
Pay: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour
