Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing payroll processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting human resources functions. Your proactive approach will ensure seamless payroll operations and contribute to a positive employee experience within our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Administer employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k))
- Maintain employee records and Paylocity HRIS data
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Generate payroll and HR reports
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist with HR operations and employee documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits Administration, or a related role
- Experience processing payroll and administering employee benefits
- Paylocity experience preferred
- Strong Excel, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a collaborative team player
