Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Identify new product offerings through proactive outreach and account management.
- Target client needs while achieving sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint to prepare presentations and reports.
- Incorporate Google Suite, utilizing established sales materials and resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead efforts in product education for clients, ensuring they are well-informed about new developments and illustrate how WeCare services provide value to their businesses.
- Plan and coordinate marketable conferences and conventions that are engaging and worthwhile to the company's customer base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years compunding sales experience.
- Proven knowledge in pharmaceutical sales or medical sales with a strong understanding of compound pharmacy.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills in order to interpret market data and customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Power Point; Google products.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently in outside sales environments.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term professional relationships.
- Knowledge of specific Texas market including State pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
