Top sales performers will earn over SIX FIGURES within their first 12 months and consistently every year!
Sales experience is helpful but not necessary-- WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATES!!!
Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound leads and scheduling roof inspections
- Meeting homeowners on-site to assess roofing needs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that generate new leads and support brand awareness efforts.
- Door knocking around current jobs to generate additional leads
- Networking assigned territories, neighborhoods to turn prospects into clients
- Educating customers on repair vs. replacement options
- Preparing and presenting estimates and proposals
- Following up consistently with leads to close deals
- Working with production teams to ensure smooth job handoff
- Maintaining accurate CRM notes and pipeline tracking
- Representing the company with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or windows industry.
- Strong management capabilities with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively.
- Excellent business development skills with a focus on lead generation and account management.
- Proficiency in CRM software like JobNimbus for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Skilled in negotiation, closing deals, and upselling products to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Exceptional customer service orientation combined with effective communication skills.
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently while explaining technical specifications clearly.
- Experience in territory management, cold calling, inside sales, and retail sales environments is highly desirable.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
