Tyler Technologies is looking for a Marketing Reporting Specialist to support the development of scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions that enable data-driven marketing operations. This role is focused on data integration, transformation, and dashboard development, ensuring reliable and consistent data across Tyler’s marketing technology ecosystem.

Degree or equivalent work experience in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

Certifications in specific/relevant skills mentioned above is a plus
3–5+ years of experience in data engineering, reporting, or BI roles
Strong experience with:
o Microsoft Fabric (data pipelines, dataflows, notebooks, Lakehouse concepts)
o Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)
o SQL Server (advanced querying, stored procedures and process automations)
o Interpreting API documentation and building API connections for data pipelines
o Advanced skills in Excel (macros, pivots, formulas)
o Advanced skills in building Power Point presentations for business reviews
Experience integrating data from Dynamics CRM, Marketo, Google Analytics/Big Query, advertising/social or similar platforms
Experience with integrating data from customer data platforms like Treasure AI (CDP) is a plus
Proficiency in Python for data integration, automation and transformation
Experience with effective use of Generative AI tools for data automation, report building
Experience with Project Management and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
