Join our dynamic team as a Commercial/Infrastructure Business Development Manager specializing in Foundation Inspection projects. In this energetic role, you will do inspections of commercial and public properties to assess their foundational support and ground support issues. Duties
- Conduct thorough on-site inspections of foundational and ground improvement work to verify existing conditions.
- Create assessments and repair plans to repair the issues addressed in site investigations.
- Handle presentations and question/answer sessions with customers.
- Analyze, Prepare and Sell ground improvement treatment plans.
- Coordinate with on-site technicians and clients to schedule work to be done regarding scope and methodology of work.
- Strategically plan with Customers on scheduling, problem solving, accounting and customer service at all stages of the job.
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, inspection reports, data logs, and compliance documentation for accountability and future reference, in SalesForce.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in construction inspection or management within commercial projects; familiarity Engineering approvals and foundation repair is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, blueprint reading, and construction protocols.
- Ability to perform detailed quality inspections and conduct thorough data collection on-site.
- Familiarity with CRMs, preferably SalesForce.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams including contractors, engineers, and clients.
- Construction site experience with a focus on foundational work such as soil stabilization or ground improvement techniques.
