Full-Time, direct placement with ABA clinic in Charlotte

Monday - Friday

Potential for hybrid once performance metrics are met/exceeded

$90,000 base salary (negotiable) + uncapped monthly bonus plan starting at 26 billable hours per week

Sign-On Bonus and Relocation assistance offered

$12,000 EOY GTE Bonus

Bi-lingual in Spanish = $2,500 differential

Orientation created for the individual BCBA in regards to their need, level of support, experience

Strong team collaboration and support
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have license through North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB)

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
- Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services
- Will accept new grads
