Description:
RCTV is looking for full-time Call Center Representatives to work on-site at our Torrance, CA location. This position is not remote. We are currently hiring for Tuesday–Sunday shifts that starts 3PM-11:30PM. This role provides potential for growth within the department and company, as we actively identify strong performers for promotion. The RCTV Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Working late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required. The ability to work on any schedule is essential, including weekends. Answer incoming calls from potential customers.

Identify and address customer needs courteously and professionally.

Work with internal departments to enhance customer experience.

Educate customers on products featured in our televised shows.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Assisting with customer service-related call.

Be available to cover a shift in a Leads absence

Schedule:
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Wednesday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Thursday: 3:30pm - 12:00am
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Sunday: 3:30pm - 12:00am
Requirements:
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
