Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Join the Blue Moon ABA Family!
At Blue Moon ABA, we are dedicated to providing exceptional ABA services that help individuals reach their highest potential. We are seeking a passionate and professional Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism
- Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Assist in the training of parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy
- Coordinate care with client's team members
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and other team members
- Ensure optimal client progress and outcomes

Schedule:
- After school
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
