SFE Management is hiring a KITCHEN MANAGER to join our dedicated team at HOLLY PARK CHARTER ACADEMY. We’re a food service management company committed to creating exceptional dining experiences for schools, businesses, and organizations, driven by fresh ingredients, friendly service, and teamwork.
As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll help prepare and serve meals, maintain cleanliness, and ensure every guest has a welcoming experience. Key responsibilities include assisting with food preparation and portioning, serving meals to SLA standards, and upholding food safety and sanitation guidelines. You'll also keep the café organized and stocked, and work collaboratively to provide efficient, friendly service.
Qualifications:
- Experience in food or customer service is a plus.
- A strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and reliability.
- Willingness to learn food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
