Duties
- Prepare and assemble pizzas according to company recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle food safely by following sanitation guidelines, proper food handling procedures, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Assist with food service duties including bussing tables, stocking supplies, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, take orders, upsell menu items, and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during cashiering duties while ensuring quick transaction times.
- Support food industry standards by adhering to safety protocols, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
