Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the Client Success team and ensuring campaigns move smoothly from proposal through post-campaign reporting. This position serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, helping coordinate campaign logistics, project tracking, data entry, quality control, billing support, and client-ready deliverables.
This role is ideal for someone with approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and interested in building hands-on experience in advertising, client services, campaign management, and out-of-home media within a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment.
As Outdoor Nation continues to grow, this role will offer opportunities to collaborate across departments, support a focused group of accounts, and take on expanded responsibilities over time.
- Coordinate campaign execution support, including specs, artwork orders, timelines, and launch readiness.
- Collect, organize, and review Proof of Performance materials and assist with client-ready recap decks.
- Maintain accurate campaign, proposal, project, and client details in CRM and internal tracking systems.
- Support RFPs, proposals, market research, reporting, presentations, and client communications.
- Assist with billing and reconciliation by gathering campaign documentation, billing schedules, and pre-bill details.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners to help resolve questions and keep work moving.
- Participate in cross-training, team initiatives, and process improvements as ODN continues to grow.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and details accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, client-first, and solution-oriented approach.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote team environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities as the company grows.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in account coordination, client services, or a related role; media or advertising agency experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management, media planning, or analytics tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
This role operates in a fully remote work environment. Employees are expected to maintain a dedicated and professional workspace that is suitable for productive work and regular virtual collaboration.
- Sit or stand at a computer workstation for extended periods.
- Use standard home office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and printer.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and video conferencing tools.
- Occasionally lift and carry items up to 15 pounds, such as a laptop, files, or office supplies, if needed for remote work setup or company-provided equipment.
- Minimal travel is expected. Occasional travel may occur for team meetings, training, company events, or the annual company retreat.
