Duties

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives, ovens, grills, and other cooking tools.
- Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple orders with speed and accuracy.

Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knife skills with the ability to handle various cutting techniques safely.
- Experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of special dietary needs.
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations.
- Fine dining experience or catering background that emphasizes attention to detail and presentation.
