We are seeking an Machine Operator to safely and efficiently operate simple automated assembly machines in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role involves running equipment, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring high-quality production of medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor automated assembly machines and related equipment
- Start up machines, respond to faults, and perform basic troubleshooting
- Complete production records and electronic work orders accurately
- Inspect, test, package, and label finished products
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following company standards
- Interpret gauges, procedures, and basic machine instructions
- Support operation of multiple simple machines as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and follow written procedures
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and visual inspections
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/sit for long shifts
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
