We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to pediatric patients in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages and developmental needs, and a strong commitment to helping each child improve functional skills, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients to assess fine motor, sensory processing, coordination, self-care, and developmental needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Provide therapy services to children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, sensory integration challenges, and other pediatric needs
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, physicians, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress
- Monitor and document patient progress, updating treatment plans as needed
- Educate families on home exercise programs and strategies to support development outside of therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning as appropriate
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current New York State Occupational Therapist license
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience with early intervention, school-based therapy, or outpatient pediatrics is a plus

- Full-time or part-time opportunities available

Pay: $200,000.00 - $208,000.00 per year
