About the Role:
Our Place Resource Services is hiring reliable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home and community setting. DSPs play a critical role in supporting independence, dignity, and personal growth for the people we serve.

- Full Time or Part Time
- Second Shift
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support with daily living skills
- Encourage participation in community and recreational activities
- Assist with hygiene, meal prep, household tasks, and transportation
- Follow Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and accurately document all required information
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Respond appropriately to emergency or behavioral situations
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points
- Reliable vehicle on-site required
- Able to pass a background check
- Previous experience preferred but not required – training is provided
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently
