Position Title: Shipping Lead
Department: Production
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule freight pickups based on customer requirement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate packing lists for all shipments.
- Ensure all shipments are packed, labeled, and staged correctly and on time and assist in packing as needed.
- Verify shipment contents against orders, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
- Check quantities, labels and packaging before shipments leave the facility.
- Communicate any delays directly to customer service representative.
- Keep warehouse neat and orderly.
- Ensure shipments are loaded safely and efficiently.
- Must follow all procedure outlined by QA and upper management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
