The Service Coordinator a is responsible for coordinating customer service requests, scheduling service appointments, and supporting the service team to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance of our equipment. The Service Coordinator acts as a liaison between customers, service technicians, and the parts department to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a service coordination role, preferably within the heavy equipment, automotive, or construction industries.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
