Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. We welcome experienced clinicians as well as Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates looking to begin their careers in a supportive skilled nursing environment with experienced mentorship.
Position Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals

Provide evidence-based therapy focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia management
-
Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care
-
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
-
Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:

Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skilled nursing experience is welcomed but not required
