We are seeking an experienced Sewer Construction Foreman to lead field operations on an upcoming sewer project in the Grand Junction, Colorado area.

Position Summary
The Sewer Construction Foreman will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate field crews, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications. This position requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in underground sewer installation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead field crews on sewer construction projects.
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities with project management.
- Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and utility drawings.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed.
- Maintain production schedules and meet project deadlines.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.
- Monitor workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.
- Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and project documentation.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, engineers, and clients.
- Identify and resolve field issues while minimizing project delays.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Construction Foreman
- Minimum of 5 years of sewer construction experience
- Experience installing gravity sewer systems, manholes, and underground utilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must reside in Grand Junction, CO, or the surrounding area
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work as needed
