About LeafSpring Schools LeafSpring Schools is a premium early childhood education program where every detail is intentional — from the environments children learn in to the people we hire to guide them. Our brand-new Eastpoint location opens Summer 2026, and we're looking for teachers who see this work as a calling, not just a job.
The Role We're hiring Early Childhood Teachers across all age groups — Infant, Toddler, and Preschool. At LeafSpring, your focus is on the children — getting on the floor, following a child's curiosity, celebrating the small moments, and helping each child feel safe, seen, and excited to learn.

What You'll Do
- Build genuine, trusting relationships with the children in your care and their families
- Bring learning to life through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences
- Follow each child's lead — noticing what sparks their interest and leaning into it
- Keep families connected with warm, consistent communication about their child's day
- Maintain a classroom that feels safe, welcoming, and full of wonder
- Uphold LeafSpring's high standards and Kentucky childcare licensing requirements
What We're Looking For We welcome candidates at all experience levels — what matters most is your passion for children and your commitment to showing up for them every day.
- Degree or CDA track: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field — or a current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential — is a plus and recognized in our compensation structure
- Experience track: Hands-on experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting is equally valued — if you've built your skills in the classroom, we want to hear from you
- Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Dependable, warm, and genuinely excited to show up for kids every day
