Join a leading transportation and infrastructure firm as a Bridge & Structural Engineering Manager. This role offers the chance to lead a team of engineers delivering complex transportation projects, from bridge rehabilitation to iconic structural designs. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of structural engineers in a collaborative and positive work environment
- Review and ensure the quality of structural designs, plans, and specifications
- Manage multiple projects, maintaining scope, schedule, and budget objectives
- Develop business opportunities, contributing to client growth and project acquisition
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams across project planning, feasibility, design, and construction services
- Allocate resources effectively, manage contracts, and implement measures to meet project goals
- Ensure adherence to internal policies for project management, risk, and quality
- Promote cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 90 days; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in bridge or structural engineering projects
- Proven leadership and team management skills on complex transportation projects
- Strong client engagement, communication, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel as required

- Salary range: $140,000 – $210,000 (based on experience and location)
