Faith & Stone Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to help oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company. This position will work closely with the owner and will take on many of the same responsibilities involved in running the business. The Branch Manager will essentially serve as the owner's right-hand person, helping manage employees, customers, projects, scheduling, estimates, and overall business operations. Responsibilities Manage and oversee active construction and remodeling projects Schedule employees, subcontractors, and upcoming projects Communicate directly with customers throughout their projects Perform jobsite visits, walkthroughs, and quality-control inspections Help prepare estimates, scopes of work, material lists, and project pricing Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and subcontractors Manage crews and ensure employees are staying productive and completing work correctly Help handle customer concerns and resolve project issues Keep projects on schedule and within budget Assist with hiring, training, and managing employees Help generate new business and maintain relationships with customers, property managers, realtors, and other industry professionals Follow up on estimates, leads, and potential projects Help manage company paperwork, project documentation, invoices, and scheduling Maintain the professional reputation and standards of Faith & Stone Construction LLC Make day-to-day decisions on behalf of the company when authorized by the owner What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with strong construction experience and proven leadership or management experience. This person needs to understand how construction projects operate from the initial estimate through final completion. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional with customers, confident managing employees, capable of solving problems independently, and comfortable taking responsibility for major parts of the business. This is not simply a jobsite supervisor position. The Branch Manager will be involved in both the construction side and the business side of the company.
