Position Summary
Nino’s Southern Sides is seeking energetic, dependable, and hospitality-driven Crew Members to join our team. Crew Members play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the quality, consistency, and southern hospitality that define the Nino’s brand. This position supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations including food preparation, guest service, cleaning, stocking, and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and excellent customer service

Take customer orders accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures

Prepare and package menu items according to company recipes and standards

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, dining area, kitchen, and restrooms

Restock food, beverages, condiments, utensils, and supplies as needed

Assist with opening and closing duties including food prep and cleaning assignments

Ensure food safety procedures are followed at all times

Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain efficient operations during peak service periods

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding customer requests, inventory needs, or operational concerns

Support catering, special events, and promotional activities when needed

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment
Crew Members may work in kitchen, cashier, dining room, drive-thru, catering, or food preparation areas. The position requires working around hot surfaces, kitchen equipment, and fast-paced service operations.
