Pay: $12.00/hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses
Hours: 15–20 hours per week (Flexible Schedule)

4 Quarters Basketball Academy is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Community Partnership & Sponsorship Coordinator to help us secure sponsorships that support youth athletics, leadership development, scholarships, and our growing basketball facility.

Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses to introduce our sponsorship opportunities.
- Build relationships with business owners and community leaders.
- Present sponsorship packages for youth basketball programs, camps, leagues, tournaments, and our future facility.
- Schedule follow-up meetings with potential sponsors.
- Track leads and follow-ups using our CRM or spreadsheet.
- Represent 4 Quarters Basketball Academy and Lead Through Athletics professionally at community events.
- Meet weekly outreach and sponsorship goals.
Qualifications
- Friendly, confident, and professional.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable walking into businesses and introducing yourself.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Sales, fundraising, nonprofit, or business development experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person.
Compensation
- $12.00 per hour
- 10–20% commission on sponsorships you secure
- Monthly performance bonuses

One suggestion that will dramatically improve your chances of finding the right person: change the commission structure to something very clear.
- $12/hour
- 10% commission on sponsorships up to $5,000
- 15% commission on sponsorships above $5,000
- $250 bonus after closing $5,000 in sponsorships in a month
- $500 bonus after closing $10,000 in sponsorships in a month
Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
