We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced outpatient endoscopy center in Mount Pleasant, SC. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned RN with strong clinical judgment, excellent assessment skills, and the ability to help lead and support a collaborative nursing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-op and PACU nursing care for endoscopy and colonoscopy patients
- Perform patient assessments, monitoring, education, and discharge instructions
- Start and manage IVs proficiently
- Assist with daily clinical workflow and nursing operations
- Support staff training, communication, and day-to-day leadership within the department
- Promote patient safety, efficiency, and exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in South Carolina
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Strong IV skills required
- Previous GI, endoscopy, PACU, ambulatory surgery center, or procedural experience preferred
- Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
