Xanatek is looking for an enthusiastic technical support representative who would be responsible for supporting users on the Connect program within the insurance industry.
This position is a full-time phone support position in our call center for our clients.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows & Windows Servers (2008 and newer) – Must have experience or understanding of Ethernet network topology and IP based networks including internet access/connection

Must have basic understanding of computer hardware/peripherals

Experience with the property/casualty insurance industry a bonus

Experience with Microsoft SQL a bonus

Experience with go-to-meeting and go-to-assist a bonus

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written – Ability to work and collaborate with multiple teams

Ability to master (or become a product expert on) quickly evolving software – Ability to excel in a fast-paced and changing environment

Being an out of the box thinker regarding training methods & practice
- Diagnose networking, software, and other related issues.

Troubleshoot and support the Connect product.
