American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Massachusetts, requiring a permanent MA RN license and telemetry reading skills.

Emergency Department (ER) setting at an acute care hospital in Worcester, MA

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Shift start time flexibility of up to four hours before or after the posted start time based on critical department need (rare, only in urgent staffing situations)

Epic EMR experience preferred

Active, permanent MA RN license currently in hand

Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience required

Must be able to read and interpret telemetry

Two professional references required, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or higher

Candidates must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to be eligible

Candidates with any prior disciplinary actions on their nursing license are not eligible for this position

Orientation includes two pass/fail exams: a medication exam and a telemetry/EKG exam — each allows only one attempt; failure results in immediate contract cancellation

Study materials will be provided prior to orientation to help prepare for both exams
