Brevard College Dining services provides campus-wide food services to students, faculty, and staff on the Brevard College campus and catering events on and off campus. The college serves 600+ residential students with the meal program. The department employs approximately 35 full/part-time and student employees. This is a weekend shift (Friday - Monday).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen
- Properly sort and dispose of waste and recyclables
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep as needed
- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
