Social Media Content Manager (Part-Time)

Do you love telling stories through social media? Are you passionate about creating content that inspires people to care, give, and get involved?
Judson Community Partnership is looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Content Manager to help us share the incredible work happening every day in our nonprofit. This person will capture and create engaging content that highlights our students, volunteers, events, and impact across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
This is more than just managing social media—it’s helping tell the story of a community being transformed.
What You’ll Do
- Create engaging photo and video content that showcases the mission and impact of Judson Community Partnership.
- Develop and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Write compelling captions that encourage engagement and grow our online community.
- Stay up to date on current social media trends and apply them appropriately to nonprofit storytelling.
- Capture content during programs, special events, and community activities.
- Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase reach and audience growth.
- Work closely with our leadership team to communicate upcoming events, success stories, and organizational priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- A creative storyteller with a strong eye for photo and video content.
- Someone who understands what performs well on social media and enjoys experimenting with new ideas.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Passion for serving the community and supporting the mission of a nonprofit.
Required Experience
Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous success growing social media accounts.
Please be prepared to provide:
- Links to social media accounts you have managed.
- Examples of content you created.
- Metrics or analytics showing audience growth, engagement, or reach.
Compensation
- 20 hours per month
- $400 per month
- Flexible hybrid schedule with work from home and on-site content capture during programs and events.
